The section can also be found in your Usercp. Info you post in each section will only be viewable to those in said section.

Also feel free to utilize the social groups function for squads if you see fit. Bear in mind that you should probably wait till the first test event in order to see who you'd want in your squad, or who you will want to follow, although I see no problem in pre-planning, users are encouraged to make this as much their own experience.
