How 2.0
Weave MOLLE

Just thought that I’d throw this out there…
Weaving MOLLE (pronounced molly) is a simple process, but is often carried out incorrectly. MOLLE, or "MOdular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment" is that stuff that looks like this...

Its all over the place, but its very important that MOLLE pouches are weaved onto the webbing properly. When it is not, losing equipment and mags and all those pouches you bought is a lot easier. SO WEAVE IT RIGHT (SLACKER).

THE WRONG WAY TO DO IT

You'll notice, when you get your MOLLE pouch there are usually 2-3 strips of the webbing on the back on the pouch depending on its size (there can be more), right? Seen here, the MOLLE is weaved through the webbing NOT using these straps. This is the WRONG way to do it. The pouches slip right out of their holds on the webbing.

THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT

Now, on the right way to do it. Take your pouch and weave the straps of it onto the top of the webbing of the gear in which is is going on to. Then you put the straps under one strip of the webbing on the pouch. When finished weave the strap back onto the webbing on the gear, and continue the process. Once finished, button it up. You will notice that your pouches are held on a lot tighter onto your gear and the pouches are held in place much better.

Granted there are other systems out there, they all use the same principal.
I hope this will help any of you with this question.

I have seen allot of people just slacking and doing wrong, thank-you for showing the popper way to weave it it is probably the most neglected things in using gear properly.

Also remember to check your snap button after allot of use, they need to be tightened so they don't unsnap during a game.

I too can attest to this. I used to just have pouches fall right off my rig when I did it the slacker way. Kudos for showing people how to make their rigs solid as a rock.

If you use Tactical Tailor Malice clips or the Black Hawk clips there is minimal risk of shit coming undone.
