Alright alright I promise after this no more ranting but being a airsoft retailer connoisseur I have to admit airsoftpark has me all googly eyed. Received my order today, so what was that, three days? Open the box to find for the 4th time in a row (4th order from them) a most meticulously packaged order.
Now I've seen companies go with popcorn, chinese newspapers, or my newest favorite from weaponblender nothing but an envelope, no protection what so ever (pair of glasses i ordered were sticking out of the envelope when I recieved it...), and a variety of different methods from ebaybanned, from some effort to no effort what so ever.
First off airsoftpark uses double layered cardboard boxes, wrapped entirely with tape, once you crack that open you find everything wrapped together in a foam wrapping, and from there every individual part in its own taped foam wrapping, barrels done with extra care, with a cardboard tube and inside of that wrapped with even more foam wrapping.
I could imagine the most careless postal worker smashing this box with a baseball bat and nothing happening to its contents.
Why is it so important to me that a retailer goes and does what seems like a silly process? It shows that they actually care that you recieve their product in working and unbroken condition, something that a lot of retailers actually dont give a damn about, they got your money, its not their fault some shipping company smashed it, all sales final, etc, etc. For a retailer that doesn't charge you for shipping, to spend this much time makes them in my mind worthy of my bussiness, if I feel a bussiness respects me, then I see no reason to not treat them well in return.
This is something called, Good Bussiness Practices, something that you should always reward for, in a world of completely incompetent morons.
I think you may have converted me too.

Did you mean a fail at it being a paradox, or fail at making a paradox? A paradox is "a seemingly contradictory statement that may nonetheless be true" (dictionary)... So Black Hawk would be right depending on his meaning behind that statement
... sorry I'm going to go shoot myself now

Hey, just a quick question about airsoftpark. How long do their orders stay pending. I ordered a replica serpa from them on thursday and it still says pending.
It's been a week now since I placed my order.
Still says it's still in Shengshen or some place like that in Hong Kong or China.

It doesnt even say that. it just says pending. and its been saying that since thursday.
I am happy to report that my package was delivered yesterday -- I wasn't there to pick it up, so I had to pick it up at the PO this morning. Regardless, it was there after being shipped on 7/18. So basically it was 5 days from China to my doorstep.
I must say that I am very happy with the customer service from Jing (Ryan's Assistant) -- I had some reservations about the chest rig I ordered, I expressed this to him and he was very open to helping me out if the rig was not what I wanted after I received it -- and my IBH and Chest Rig was packaged with amazing care; the IBH event came in a pretty cool canvas helmet bag and the chest rig is actually BAMF.
Overall, I am a customer for life and the only reason I would go elsewhere is simply because they have yet to carry AEGs. If they had a full selection of AEGs (or at least CYMAs), I would probably not go anywhere else.
