You know what would make your super 9 the balls is toss a night vision scope on it.

so attempt one failed for now i made a spring guide out of a nail and a nickle with a hole drilled into it that worked fine and i put a 8mm rachet head into the piston for a spacer after wrestling with the spring for an hour or so got the bolt back together and now the trigger doesn't catch because the nail hits the rachet head now i'm going to either trim the nail or wood putty the inside of the piston to make it bevel into the rachet so it doesn't jam but i'm gonna tell you holy shit the spring is pissed and it takes quite a bit to cock it

whoe sounds a bit to techinal for me do you got pics of your super fantastic 9? BTW I belive the zero trigger from laylax would do wonders for your uber 9. I would help with the trigger pull. BTW you paint it yet? I think hot pink or lime green would bring out its supernes.

Ya this is red neck airsoft. we upgrade with road kill and duck tape. Ive done my fair share of using what ever is at arms reach to tweek minnies and springers. Half the fun of airsoft is taking appart your equiment. the other half is trying to put it back togther while trying to understand why you still have 4 screws and a rubber thing left over when your done. :o
Ha, I see.
So you're trying to upgrade your super9 so it can shoot further than when you throw BBs by hand. What a brilliant idea...

Well, in t0mat0's defense, it basically cost's him nothing, fills up bored spots in the day and gives him better experience/practice with working with guns. I'd be all for that, but I haven't quite hit the spot where I'd be willing to do that sort of work unless it was for maintenance or upgrading...then again I suppose he is "upgrading" it.

well the worst i can do is mess up the bolt witch is where everything is and its 15$ to get a new one so if i do screw it up i can get a new bolt and if i dont want to its no big loss being a super 9

He could read a book if he's bored.
put a m190 in it, make it gas and put a DVD player in the stock
