Hey, I have a JG M5S6, a clone of a tokyo marui mp5sd6. The chamber, where the mag connects to the barrel, has broken off. (The strawlike piece). Also, I think the hop up is broken. Do you think you can repair it? Also I would like to get it upgraded to be quieter. Thanks~ Ronin
PS you weren't answering the message I put on your page, so I'm trying here now.

Can you make it shoot quieter too? Also where do you do business from? It says Boston and Dartmouth, do you do both? Also price and time estimate?

No, but im not payed to run around the internet all day and answer the 50 PMs and hundreds of questions like yours I get in 1 single day, and recently since I've been working 8am - 8pm roofing I've been getting a little burnt out over it, ala my curt response.
Anywho, broken hop chamber on an MP5? no prob, I have them in stock, busted bucking? got them to, make it quieter? Sure if its got a gear problem, thats no problem, just shim them better and re-align the motor and the gun gets quieter. However if the gun is just loud because that is its natural state, a Silent set from Systema usually does the trick.
Price estimate? Look above. Part costs estimate? Cant tell you till I actually see whats really broken and how severely.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a jerk. The entire hopup piece and chamber is shattered, so I need a new one. Also the bucking is a little ripped. I could probably do that repair by myself if you wanted to sell me the parts. If you wanna do the work on the gun then I'd like to get a spring upgrade (If it won't hurt the gun) (A silent upgrade was too much money) hopefully for only 10$ still, plus parts. Thanks

It's cool bro, my boy Sacs is just a very very busy man recently.
If you can do the repair yourself, you can buy the parts at any online retailer, Sac isn't a retailer, and only buys parts for the guns he is working on. If you want him to replace your hop chamber, replace your hop bucking, and drop in a new spring (If he deems it to be safe.) the labor cost would be 10$. If your gun needs shimming, possibly in an effort to make it quieter, than the labor cost goes to 15$. The price of the parts is on top of the labor price, so you should be able to search online to get a good estimate of what they will cost.
Hope that helped answer your inquiry.

Okay, Can I get a price estimate for the parts?(Hop up, spring, bucking, and maybe metal bushings) Also where can I give the gun to him/ship it to him? Thanks

if u signed up for ghosttown tomorrow you could meet him there, otherwise you could wait until the next event there to give it to him.

Sac needs to see the gun, to tell you what needs to be replaced. He frequents events just about every weekend there is one, you can drop a gun off in person. Shipping them is a hassle, and for the low price that he works at, and how busy his schedule is, it's one that he will generally avoid. If you live to great of a distance away, and your only option is to ship, you would be paying the shipping costs, plus a handling fee.

My problem is I'm far away, Lowell area, and I haven't started going to any events, my friends and I play in my backyard. Hopefully me and my friends are going to start going to events soon. I have an idea. Maybe someone from my area who goes to the same events as Sacs can pick up my gun and bring it to him. I'd need to know how much money it would cost though. I know that the hopup piece, same as this:
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=142needs to be replaced completely and that the bucking is ripped. I don't know if that will need to be replaced but I might as well while I'm having someone who knows what they're doing work on it. I'd like that estimate, along with an estimate including a spring upgrade with metal bushings. Also if you know anyone in the area who can be trusted who could pick it up. Or if there are any events closes enough (30 minutes away) where I could give it to him, it'd be helpful. Thanks

As for your first problem, sounds like shipping will be easiest for you assuming you can't drive. Cost, is never sure until he sees the gun, that means you have to make your own guesstimate on parts, add the labor fee, plus shipping and handling and come up with what you think will be close. Upon examining the gun, he could find further problems, he can't give you a dead set estimate without seeing the gun, it's like telling your car mechanic "My Cars Broken" and then saying "How Much?". He cannot offer an estimate, until he can inspect the gun.
Also, there are other airsmiths you know, some that might be closer to your area, you should look in the airsmiths section.

There are three airsmiths, Sacs, another one in Dartmouth, and one in Boston area (Maybe, not sure) but the last one has no threads and has no information. Sacs's thread said Boston/Dartmouth areas... So I thought I'd give him a try because he has a bunch of references. Do you know anything on the other guy close to me?

Post in his thread and ask yourself?
For him to have his own thread in that forum on MAASF gives him credibility. Just means a lot of his work could be through other forums like NEASG.

Once again, Sac goes to a MAASF event just about every weekend. You can drop your gun off, and then get it back at another event.

That depends upon the GT Event your talking about, ask about a specific event. (The Woodland Training has been Postponed check it's thread!)

Step one
Get hammer
Step two
Hit your gun 100 times with said hammer
Step three
Your gun should be working.

Sac no longer has access to a computer (as far as I know). He should be at hazardous duty, not 100% sure though

Yes, thats what i meant, just saw sampson's post about getting his gun to sac at hazardous duty and didn't have the energy to think about it. Bad things happen when you're tired.
