How much mAh do I need?
Is one of these good?

Either battery should work. If you can afford it go with the 4200mah, but the 3600 should be fine. I used to use a 9.6 3300, and I can attest to going strong two days without a charge. Intellect makes good cells, so I'd again say go with the 4200 if you can.

You won't need a discharger for either battery, they're NiMH and have no memory effect. Just charge them up before games and use them. The charger Wizard is selling is a good deal for a smart charger. I'd recommend taking him up on it.

I would like to buy a charger from redwolf, because I don't want to pay for two shippigs. Can the charger in my first post charge the 4200 mAh battery?

As in, you're living in Norway right now?? That's what that statement in context is telling me... If you don't mind me asking, what brought you to these forums?

Also, I'd suggest sticking with the Non-RIS version, but the fact that you say you want a scope it will probably be easier for you in the long run if you buy the RIS version. Otherwise, you'll be looking at big bucks for mostly real steel AK optics.
