is it possible to get an mp5k to shoot round 400 fps without buying a custom battery or carrying an external battery pouch and if thats not possible what would i have to put in it to make it shoot bbs like a mainiac

You can always add a fixed stock but that kind of defeats the purpose of an mp5k.

Have you looked into Lithium Polymer (sp?) batteries?

You should be able to make it shoot 400fps but without a good sized battery you won't have crap for a ROF.

Why do you need an MP5K at 400fps anyway? They're mostly used for cqb and that's above most sites limits, in cqb a stock marui should have plenty of range anyway.

but i convinced him to get higer rof so now i wanna know how to make it shoot bbs like crazy

you want the gun to shoot w/o changing the battery? the batery really doesnt determine that... a battery doesnt effect the FPS as much as it effects the ROF and the amount of time the gun lasts in a skirmish/skirmishs

The answer to that is a good shim job. However FPS isnt everything in this game and I cant stand it when people think it is. Yes the Mp5k is a CQB weapon. Can you make it shoot that hard.. probably.. but why would you want to. Its kind of a dumb idea since the barrel is so damn small that the thing is going to be inaccurate even with rediculous upgrades. With a 400 fps gun you cant use it in CQB. And in the woods its still not going to have the accuracy of a longer rifle. High FPS and low accuracy makes for a dangerous weapon.

yeah fps isnt everything... cuz think about it unless your a sniper a high fps w/o a decent ROF is pretty meaniless. if your only firing 2 bb's every 5 seconds at 400 fps someone with a deadlier ROF has a much better chance of hitting you. and to answer you question about how to get max rof with a battery is simply buyin a battery with i high voltage... 9.6v, 10v, or lipo polimer (im not an expert with these betterys however so dont take my word) but just remember the higher voltage battery you have the faster your rof is but your also wearing your gears down alot faster than you would with an 8.4 volt stock battery. as for a shim job i know squat about that so i would ask someone who has more expertice in that area (sacslym for example)

A few companies make long silencers for a MP5K that allow you to bring a tightbore barrel all the way up to the tip of the silencer (probably allowing for another 6-8 inches of inner-barrel).

Change the bushings, reshim, Prometheus 110 spring and a
9.6V Stick NiMH
