Looking for a western Mass team

I'm looking for a serious team in or near Western Mass. It seems like most of the teams here are located in Eastern Mass, and that is a 2+ hour drive for me so that makes practicing regularly kind of hard. Are there any serious teams around the Springfield area?

My team has players all over mass but we play and practice usually in western or central mass. Im going to school over at westfield state so Im in western mass for right now but live in central mass when not at school.
Another good thing would be to let people know your age, weapons, uniforms, and maybe skill level as well.

I'm 21, and I live in Northampton. I'm new to airsoft, but I've played paintball for 7 years and I'm in very good shape. Here is what I've currently got for a loadout:

CA M15A4 upgraded to 400fps shooting .20s w/ a couple high cap magazines and a couple 9.6v 4200mAh batteries
Multicam BDUs and Multicam Jacket
OD/ACU Tactical Vest
Multicam Water Bladder Carrier
FRS/GMRS Radio(s)
Good Goggles
Good Gloves

I've probably got some other random gear that I'm not thinking of at the time or that I don't think is important enough to list.
