I purchased a KSC USPc today. The gun is in mint condition so I figured I would write a review on it. This is not the first product I've owned made by KSC; it is also not my first handgun in the USP family.

Q: Product name?
A: Heckler and Koch Universal Self-loading Pistol (USP) Compact

Q: Manufacturer?
A: KSC

Q: Retailer purchased from?
A: None, bought from private party

Q: Suggested retail value?
A: $130 USD

Q: First Impressions?
A: Wait, this is compact? I came to realize that it was the Compact model and not the Tactical or other made models. Fits nice and natural in the hand, nice weight. I can't compare it to real steel but I assume they're on the same level to say the least.

Q: Field Stripping and maintenance?
A: For some people it might take some time to get used to the way it breaks down. The slide has to be racked halfway, than the slide stop pops out. Than you need to rack the gun and give a little tug then the slide comes right off. After closely looking at the barrel and the recoil spring, there is a magnet that holds the two in place. All you need to go is grab the spring guide and it comes out with ease. To get the barrel out, you only have to push it forward a tiny bit, then it will come out the same way the spring guide did.

Q: Accuracy?
A: I haven't put more than a mag through the gun but I'd say it shoots very nicely for it's size.

Q: Performance?
A: Can't really comment on it at this time. Will get back and update this section of the review shortly.

Q: Aftermarket parts and upgrades?
A: As far as US retailers, I haven't found any that don't charge more than HK. EhobbyAsia carries the whole nine yards when it comes to upgrades. Because of shipping costs from HK, I wouldn't go out of my way to buy just the parts, I'd probably wait until I order something else (such as gear or whatever) to make it worth the money. For mags, I was told that the KWA USPc mags work in the gun. As far as parts go, your best bet is to pick up a used USPc in the BST or get the repair parts needed through KWA.

Q: Trademarks?
A: Of course.

Q: Conclusion?
A: I'm superbly impressed with this handgun. I've owned many blowbacks, from Western Arms to Tokyo Marui to KWA, this is by far the most realistic one I've had the privilege to own. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sidearm without wanting to dump a ton of cash into it. It is metal by the way. Overall, I give the USP Compact an 8.9 out of 10. Hell, here's one last picture.

Thanks for reading. I will update the sections that need work as time progresses. This review is based on my sole opinion and nothing else. I do not represent KSC in any way, shape, or form. If you have questions, please ask!
